strongly recommends
the use of a D.O.T. approved helmet while riding a
motorcycle.

To register for either the
Basic Rider Course® (BRC) or the Experienced
Rider Course (ERC), you must meet the following
eligibility requirements:

You must be able to ride a
two-wheeled bicycle.
This is a
pre-requisite for enrollment in the
BRC. |

You are
required to execute a "Release,
Waiver and Indemnification" form.
This form must be provided prior to
participating in either of the
courses. This release is included on
the registration application and can
be downloaded at the bottom of this
page. Students under the age of 18
are required to have a parent or
guardian sign the waiver form on the
first day of class. |

Reserve
your spot in a class with a pre-paid
advance registration.
Classes are
filled on a first-come, first-serve
basis, rain or shine. |

Lodging |
| Early registration
has its benefits. In order to assist some
students who live a further distance from
the training facility from have to rent
lodging, GCMTI has two (2) bedrooms
available at no charge. They are reserved on
a first come- first serve basis. The
bedrooms have a full bath with towels and
bath cloths. |

Safety
Precautions |
|
Riding
a motorcycle requires that you be able to
apply gradual pressure to the handlebar
controls. Any condition which prevents you
from gradually applying pressure to the
handlebar controls can make it
dangerous for you to learn. Please be aware
of your physical limitations.
Before
registering for a course at GCMTI, please
consider your physical condition and
consider the appropriate time of year for
you to take the course. It gets very hot
during the summer months and sometimes very
cold during the winter.
We
ride in hot or cold weather, so please
register during the time of year that is
appropriate for you level of physical
conditioning.

BRC (Basic Rider
Course) Fee: $220
ERC (Experienced Rider) Fee: $80
You may
register by telephone with a Visa or
Mastercard.
This will keep you from having to send anything
through the mail. Otherwise, please
forward a complete registration and waiver of
liability with a check payable to or a Visa or
Mastercard number to Gulf Coast Motorcycle Training,
Inc. It should be mailed to 2993 Holmes Valley Road,
Vernon, FL 32462. Upon receipt of your pre-paid
application, you will be contacted by telephone and/or
email to confirm your class date. After class
dates are confirmed, fees are non-refundable. In the
event that you are unable to attend your scheduled
class, you must notify us within five (5) days prior to
the date of your class to re-schedule. The registration
application can be downloaded below.
To enroll in the next available class, you must click on
the Forms link to display the Registration
Application and Waiver of Release of Liability.
Remember, when not
registering by telephone, mail both the course
registration application and the waiver of release of
liability, along with a check payable to GCMTI or a Visa
or Mastercard number. |
